Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) is a company engaged in the supply of electricity. PLN is required to distribute electricity in a reliable manner and in accordance with the level of service quality that has been determined. The level of reliability of a distribution system can be determined by calculating the frequency of outgages experienced by the distribution system in a certain period of time. This study aims to analyze the reliability of the electric power distribution system using SAIDI, SAIFI and ENS at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Jatinegara which occured during 2018. Based on SPLN 68-2 in 1986, that for the Spindel network with the existence of a Network Distribution Management Center network system used in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Jatinegara SAIDI value = 4.77 hours/ customer/ year and SAIFI 1.7 times/ customer/ year. So that the main target for a high level of system reliability is to reduce the percentage of speeding up the service load again, if there is a termination of the load due to interference and speed up the service load again, if there is a termination of the load due to the interference and speed up the service load again, if there is a termination of the load due to the interference.
