Abstract :
The success of implementing construction projects on time is one of the most important goals. Making the plan and schedule for the project always refers to the condition of the assumption - the assumption and estimates available at the time the plan and the schedule was made, because the problem will arise if there is a discrepancy between the estimates and assumptions with actual reality. The general impact that often occurs is the time delay in the implementation of the project work planned schedule. The first stage is to combine the two data sources previously discovered through the study of literature and field surveys. After the data is collected, analyzed with normality test, validity and descriptive statistical analysis to obtain the weight of each - each variable and then rank to determine the most dominant factor. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis resulted in weight (%) of each - each variable. Weights were taken was the weight that has a value of more than 60% because it refers to the level of reliability that is 0.6 (reliable). So getting 15 variables to be used as a ranking, a variable that gets the highest ranking is X28 = 75.11%. And then look for solutions regarding these variables with preventive measures and corrective actions.
