Abstract :
The Electric Power Distribution System is the distribution of electricity for plants to customers. The 20 kV distribution system is inseparable from both inside and outside the system which will affect the continuity of distribution in the development of electricity resources to customers which ticks also detrimental to PLN. The 20 kV cubicle replacement activity is one of the activities that will cause blackouts, using a minimal outage method when cubicle replacement can minimize blackouts during work and reduce energy losses. In the 20kV cubicle replacement with the minimum outage method, the energy lost at the CK 36 substation is 1 127. 77 kWh, the KP 32 substation is 366. 23285 kWh and the CK 448 is 991.11 kWh. Whereas with the change of cubicles with the minimum method outages, the energy lost at the CK substation 36 is 25,631, the KP 32 substation is 14.154 kWh and the 448 CK substation is 31.11 kWh. The energy saved in the replacement of 20 kV cubicles with a minimal method is extinguished at 36 CK substations of 1102.139 kWh, PK 32 substations of 352.0845 kWh end 448 OK substations of 960,008 kWh. And if multiplied by the price of electricity, then the loss of rupiah on the replacement of 20kV cubicles in the method without minimum goes out in the end the substation is lDR 3, 646,376.411 while the minimum method is out of IDR Rp.126.588,1147
