Abstract :
Zero Down Time (ZDT) is a program of PLN to improve network reliability without outages even at premium customers at Mega Kuningan. The program began at early 2017 at 27 substations. To change electrical energy network system that supports ZDT program, so the network configuration must changed from spindle into Loop ++, and then the CBO cubicles must be used because it has the protection system. Before using ZDT fault that cause the blackouts reach 62.5%. After using ZDT the fault is reduced until 0%, its shows that ZDT managed to reduce fault. The results of short circuit calculation value that occurs 3 phase 12689,01 A and 2 phase 10989,01 A. The results of the setting time OCR at GH 0,3 second, OCR at outgoing feeder 0,6 second, and OCR at incoming feeder 0,9 second. Differential Relay will work and give orders to the PMT to disconnet (Trip) if the differential current value above 1.44 A or beyond the setting current value. The calculation results of Differential Relay Setting that contained on each outgoing and incoming panel are primary CT ratio value on 20kV side 300/5 and on 150kV side is 800/5.
