Abstract :
kWH sales as a source of revenue the company sought to be improved from time to time. Part of one the service quality indicators of electric power is a voltage condition of service is maintained at the limit that has been set. kWh electricity meter is a measuring tool used to measure and calculate the value of active energy in energy transactions agreed between PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro with customers in units of kWh (Killo Watt hour). Accuracy kWh meter has an important role in income PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro and easy access to a kWh meter can shorten the time it is done by AMR (automatic meter reading) Moreover AMR. can also detect an error in the measurement of energy early so as to reduce losses of energy and can improve customer service in TR kWH at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro. The results of the energy calculation error that occurred in one phase at 346.69 kWH and 4019.61 kVARH so that customers have to pay to PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro in accordance with his class fare namely class B-2
