Abstract :
There are three types of learning styles based on individual modalities used in information processing that is visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Humans in general will be easier to capture an interactive information (a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic).Flipped classroom is a new learning method that utilizes the interactive nature of video as a medium for the delivery of content / information. Course network software is one of the subjects taught at the STT-PLN. There is the problem of how learning lecture done of not a few students who do not understand the material, lazy notes, and also half of yesterday's course graduation rate is still below 60% so that the transformation needed to learn how to overcome it. This research aims to design and build media with flipped classroom concept and implement responsive website based on the course of network software. Researchers use a method of designing User Centered Design as many users as the center involves system design.
