Abstract :
Control of Power Consumption (P2TL) conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Depok Kota in order to increase energy saving caused by misuse of electrical energy. In practice, many customers who violates the provisions in force. Efforts misuse of electrical energy is done by changing the wiring kWh meter so that electric energy used is not fully measurable. As a result, a lot of electrical energy that has been distributed but not collectible. The sanction is a fine form of Supplementary Charges, performed temporary outage and normalization kWh meter wiring and given a summons to customers to solve the problems of the misuse of electrical energy. The violations committed by customers with 2,200 VA power contract to pay a fine of Rp 17.779.912 with energy saving 12.117.6 kWh. While customers with 900 VA power contract to pay a fine of Rp 6,702,134 with a large energy saving 4957.2 kWh.
