Abstract :
Shrink power electricity is problem classic faced by PLN and not yet could fully unsolved. Shrink is loss energy effect problem technical and no technical on ed a contributionenergy electricity, where happpen difference between purchase kwh and kwh sales. Cause shrinkage technical happen because it is resistance and long cable from network voltagesecondary causes a voltage drop and their losses in the transformer, while non technical shrinkage happen because theft electricity and damages an on the app. PLN Area Bintaro has ashrinkage target amounting to 5,13%. On writing project end this tell about the calculation of technical losses in the Cipanas feeder. Cipanas feeders have 12 distribution substations with a feeder lenght of 14,89 kms. In the total calculation of technical shrinkage in Cipanas repeater obtained result of 537,95 kWH consisting of shrinkage at JTM of 100,44 kWH and shrink at distribution transformer equal to 437,51 kWH
