Abstract :
At Technical Collages of PLN procurement data processing applications Diploma Supplement is a necessity that can not be postponed again. Given the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia on diplomas, certificates of competency and Professional Certificate of Higher Education. While At Technical Collages of PLN until now has not done the procurement of Diploma Supplement for graduate students. Thus the need Diploma Supplement application systems made of web-based campus at the Technical Collages of PLN. In the information and data we conducted a question and answer with the PPSI campus staff employees concerned. Where in this case the software development method used is the waterfall method, application design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and coding will be implemented by using PHP as the programming language and database implemented with PHPMyAdmin .. From the results of the information service system and web-based applications at Technical Collages of PLN can improve the performance and competence of graduates not only in academics but also in the field of non-academic. So can provide added value to graduates who are also active in the field of non-academic as well as organizations student.
