Abstract :
The increasing development in all parts of Indonesia has made the demand for electrical energy soaring. Therefore, the distribution of electrical energy from
substations to consumers is sought to be stable and can meet the needs of electricity consumption. In the process of distributing electrical energy, there is often an
imbalance in the load and the cause of the load imbalance is the regulation of singlephase loads on customers of low voltage networks. As a result of the imbalance of the load comes a current neutral in the transformer. Load balancing is one way that can
be done to overcome load imbalances, namely by balancing the load between the three phases. But the work of load balancing does not make the current in the three conductors unbalanced because the characteristics of electricity usage in each house are different. After load balancing in the direction of the C substation, the APJ
distribution of load imbalances dropped from 13% to 2% and the neutral current also dropped from 35.44 A to 5.03 A.
