Abstract :
Protection system is a safety system for electrical equipment, environment, and system caused by technical interferences, nature inteferences, operation error, and other cause. In the distribution system there are protection equipment that aims to maintain the reliability of the distribution system. A coordination of protection is required so that the equipment can work optimally, one of the coordination of the designed protection is the coordination between outgoing CB with the recloser. This coordination aims to secure the distribution system from interference. The interferences can between phases or ground to phase. In the protection coordination there is a protection zone that is the area secured by each protection equipment installed in the distribution system. However, the feeder of KDO02 experiences an additional power on the power transformer so that there is a mutual protection zone so that the protection equipment work simultaneously and this experiences can reduce the reliability of the feeder of KDO02. To restore the reliability of the distribution system in the KDO02 feeder, it is necessary to resetting on the protection equipment to protect the protection zone between the protection equipment. Short circuit current PMT Outgoing at OCR=7184A, GFR=4409A. The recloser tset at OCR=0,253s, and GFR=0,6s. Outgoing PMT TMS at OCR = 0,28, GFR = 0,36. TMS recloser at OCR=0,08, GFR=0,18.
