Abstract :
In an electric power distribution system in a low voltage network, one of them in the kWh meter is often a violation committed by the customer. The violation is in the form of affecting the power limit, affecting energy measurement, affecting the power limits and energy measurements and violations committed by non-customers. This can affect meter measurement because the power channeled by PLN is not fully read by kWh meters and can be detrimental to PT. PLN (Persero), therefore to avoid losses due to the many violations committed by consumers, PT. PLN (Persero) The CIkupa area carries out the control of electricity usage (P2TL) as an effort to curb violations to consumers and increase energy saving. From the results of the implementation of regulating electricity usage during February-May at PT. PLN (Persero) Cikupa Area there were violations with a total of 122 violations which included types of violations of P I P II and P II with total energy savings of 362,212.6
