Abstract :
The load imbalance in a power distribution system occurs due to the large number of load connection in the low voltage 220/380 volt distribution system which does not pay attention to the load on each phase. Load balancing the parameters of kWh customers usage in the last three months
was chosen to minimize the level of load imbalance previously set by the PT. PLN (Persero) Area Menteng of 15%. At SP142 substation in transformer 2 with majors E experiencing a load imbalance of 36.1%. So do load balancing simulation and the implementation off load imbalance decrease to 1,46%. Percentage of decrease in load imbalance level on low voltage network after load balancing is 95,9%.
