Abstract :
The reactive power of the generator when it is raised, the generator terminal voltage and the usage network voltage are also increasing. To keep the voltage from falling off on its own usage network, the generator terminal voltage must be kept normal at 11.5 KV. As the reactive power increased from 0 Mvar is raised to 10.27 MVar, the generator terminal voltage also rises from 11.1 KV to 11.3 KV. There is an increase in terminal voltage generator of 0.2 KV or about 1.8%. When the reactive power is increased from 0 Mvar is raised to 10.27 MVar, the voltage on the usage network itself also rises the previous 356.67 volts at 0 Mvar rises to 377.03 Volts when the reactive power is raised to 10.27 Mvar. There is an increase in usage network voltage of 20.36 volts or about 5.7%.
