Abstract :
In a power distribution system especially on medium voltage cable channel, certainly it?s not spared from interferences, interferences that often occurred can damage tools like: transformer, conductor, isolator and even connecting tools.In the area of Mega brass with customers of Medium Volume is quite a lot, need a priority in terms of reliability, In case of power outage distribution to the customer that often happens then the continuity of electricity distribution is less good. The disturbance that occurs in the main substation could be caused by the lack of protection / limitation on a special consumer distribution substation that can not function properly in case of interference. So if the main substation to trip so it will result in all the distribution substations on the repeater is extinguished, and can disrupt the distribution of electricity to other consumers due to the emergence of blackouts. With the importance of the protection system it is necessary to add the use of Circuit Breaker Outgoing on distribution substations. On Bab 4 Discuss of discussion the number of outages that occurred in the area of Mega Kuningan is 91 times from January to August and after the Circuit Breaker Outgoing the number went down to 59 times.
