Abstract :
Self-evaluation is an attempt work unit to find a picture of the performance and the state itself through assessment and analysis conducted by the work unit itself regarding the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities , challenges , obstacles , even threats . Assessment and analysis that can be implemented by utilizing peer expertise of outside work unit , so that self evaluation can be carried out objectively . In this study the authors used the method UCD (User Centered Design ) term used to describe the design philosophy . The design that puts the user at the center of a system development process. Results of research conducted at the School of Engineering Cleaner PLN ( STT - PLN ) , that with the application of self evaluation unit in Web-Based STTPLN This assist unit STTPLN in evaluating the performance of work units and reduce the use of paper in the process AMI
