Abstract :
Demand for electricity increased with the rapid advances in technology, the electricity has been used for various household purposes to the industrial world. For that a reliable electrical system is absolutely necessary. The electrical system does not escape from the disorder, ranging from the generation process until the process of the wearer. And in many ways done to overcome these disorders. Disturbances that occur will impact directly on the load (the customer). If interference occurs, then the distribution of electricity to customers will also be disconnected. So to reduce the blackout to the consumer, distribution network facilities which include Moving Transformer Unit absolute need to recovery time. In the discussion of this final project, which is discussed is rasio the reliabilty index of the usage Moving Transformer Unit to recovery time
