Abstract :
The occurrence of the month can be used to decide the date of hijri, but at this time still the limitations of the internet because some areas there is no internet access to get or know the date of hijri. The purpose of this detection application is the emergence of this month to help all Muslims in the area that is not accessible internet network but the user is difficult to get or know the date of hijri. In this last project, a system to detect the emergence of the moon with hough transform method, this method consists of three stages of image processing, euclidean distance algorithm and bubble sort algorithm. The results obtained from the research is an application detection of the appearance of the month to decide the hijri of date in the form of 3D-2D images with the display date of hijri
