Abstract :
In managing the data, could not avoid human error. For example, administrative data are managed manually in a company. However, in line with evolving technologies, utilization is one way to facilitate this work. The use of technology is in the form of a simple application that is easy to use and understandable by the user. This application is used to manage administrative data in the field of Pembelajaran Non Teknik in PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan. In this field, there are three academies of learning, namely Corporate Culture Academy (CCA), Corporate Enabler Academy (CEA), and the Leadership Academy (LA). The data managed by the Directorate of Training and Education Instructor. This application can only be accessed in the Local Area Network (LAN) and not protected by a security system. So the application is expected to facilitate the administration of the employee in managing the data of the Directorate of Training and Instructor of learning. So, Instructor can receive the results of the evaluation of each month after the learning process has go on. Instructor evaluation results obtained by using the Forward Chaining?s method in determining the category of instructor
