Abstract :
Construction project activity is an activity that lasts for a limited time and allocation of certain resources. One of the problems that often occur is the inefficiency and waste (waste) in the implementation of construction. One of them is waste time on the construction project and the cause factors can be identified, so waste time that occurs during the construction project can be reduced, so the purpose of the construction project can be done well. The purpose of this observation is to know the waste time which happened on column and shearwall work based oncalculation analysis value stream mapping and to know the normal time of work. Then find out the %allowance waste time on the work of column and shearwall, and handling steps that can be taken to waste time on the job. The data were taken as many as 15 data samples on each column and shearwall work. From this observation is calculated based onmethod value stream mapping then grouped waste time the biggestthat happened at the job of pembesian, checking repetition, casting. Meanwhile, the standard time to carry out the actual work obtained from the calculation is on the column work about 796 minutes assuming 8 hours of working time per day then the normal implementation of the column work for 2 days. Meanwhile, forwork shearwall about 1196 minutes assuming 8 hours of working time per day then the implementation ofwork shearwall for 3 days. The allowance amount of earned on the column work is 37.25% and the job is shearwall 43.5%.
