Abstract :
The process of determining outstanding employee or the quality is still done on the basis of subjective and particular interests, so sometimes cause dissatisfaction and injustice, and invite questions. in the presence of a talent management system within a company or organization in determining employee who has this ability, the criteria for the determination becomes clearer and decisions generated becomes clearer and decisions generated becomes more accurate as it has in accordance with fact or reality there are. methods used in this study is the talent pool / talent reservoir. in its calculations using multifactor evaluation process, where in the method of calculation make decision to do with giving his subjective consideration of the factors that are considered important, especially in determining the assessment of employees so as to get the final result od grade. As for the tools in this application is to use multiple programming languages HTML, PHP, and MySQL as database servers, and applications such as Xampp-win32-1.8.1 and Edraw Max
