Abstract :
The purpose of this research is designing Application System Documentation Archive Inactive PT PLN (Persero). Intent of Documentation Archive Inactive among others are storage of archived data details, the placement of physical archives, extermination and revaluation archive, storage and archival records that have been destroyed. Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is used is waterfall method, application design using UML, database using MySQL, and coding using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor). Results of this study indicate that Application System Documentation Archive inactive can help activities of Documentation Archive inactive becomes easier , faster and on time.
