Abstract :
Many plants died due to lack of irrigation on the plant's land. Currently watering plants is traditionally perceived as less efficient because the owner can not leave the plant for a long time. The design of Android app and this tool using Fuzzy Tahani Method, which where Fuzzy Method is used to calculate the value of blur / gray from the sensor. Android app and this tool is used to control the watering of plants without having to be watered manually. Sprinkling the plants in question using the Arduino Mega Microcontroller board with a soil moisture sensor and relay used as an automatic switch on a water pump in this plant watering equipment. By using the Android application as a watering plant controller, the tool is expected to be run through a selection of menus contained within the application where the process is based on soil moisture sensors
