Abstract :
This research was conducted in order to find solutions to problems selecting employees who will be transferred to PT. PLN (Persero) Head Office, which is currently not supported by the decision support system in deciding which employees get the mutation and the existing system is still not effective in the selection of employees who get a mutation. So often jealousy and fraud in the process of personnel transfers. To resolve these problems diterapkanlah decision support systems by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study uses a methodology waterfall with the stages of problem identification, data was collected through interviews, literature study and observation, literature reviews, preparing software, website creation and design analysis database, website testing and report generation. The system features the data entry clerks, criteria, weighting criteria, the level of interest criteria, the value of employees and have a rank of each employee based algorithm applied AHP After moving staff decision support system is expected to help the head of the division of talent and HR PT. PLN (Persero) headquarters in considering the selection of employees who get a mutation.
