Abstract :
In this study has the objective of designing an Application based Applications android and web used as a media liaison between Android applications with the database, and coupled with the implementation of Kruskal algorithm, Which aims to Facilitate field officers Determine the route data, so dass die workers earn the minimum in the can of Kruskal Algorithm That is Implemented in the android, and prepaid customer data collection activities Conducted by officers become easier and more efficient. Software development methods used in this research is the waterfall method, application design using UML. Prepaid Customer Data Collection applications based on this android was built with the Java programming language with Android Studio. Application Design Data Collection prepaid subscribers is to Facilitate PLN officers and administrators in conducting data collection prepaid subscribers.
