Abstract :
Steam Power Plant (PLTU) is a power plant that converts chemical energy into fuel into heat energy (steam), and heat energy (steam) is used to rotate a steam turbine with a generator to generate electricity. PLTU Jeranjang Lombok has the main components one of which is Boiler CFB which is a boiler that uses Principles circulating coal that has not been burning inside the furnace. The boiler serves to convert water to an advanced hot vapor used to rotate the turbine. Therefore it is necessary to calculate the efficiency of CFB Boiler with the method of Outputs which refers to ASME standard to know the efficiency of CFB Boiler rapidly which happened at commissioning load 30 MW and Operation 25 MW and then compared. Based on the conclusions of CFB Boiler efficiency using the input-output method at 30 MW commissioning load of 87% while Operation 25 MW of 77.58% so difference difference of 9.42% or equivalent 0.195.
