Abstract :
Open recruitment Assistant of Basic and Advance Laboratory in STT-PLN still doing by conventional ways. Participant should print the bundle?s needed and attach them such as: transcripts report, curriculum vitae and application letter to Basic and Advance Laboratory . In written selection test participant should answer all the question on paper sheet that had been given, while in correcting process need much time.The result will be announced through an announcement board in each laboratory. This research will repair the conventional open recruitment process such as: registration, written selection test and announcement process, that process will be computerized or Computer Assisted Test (CAT). Open Recruitment Assistant of Basic and Advance Laboratory Aplication is made by using waterfall method as system development life circle. Data accumulation by observation, interview, questionnaire and study literature. In written selection, decission support system will be implemented by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to decide the best alternative. The result of this research state that Open Recruitment Assistant of Basic and Advance Laboratory Aplication will be able to help participant and committee on registration process, the written selection test until the announcement process and shorten the whole process therefore open recruitment Assistant of Basic and Advance Laboratory will be efficiently
