Abstract :
The alleged fraud reporting system that runs on PT Pertamina Patra Niaga still conventional. Starting from how reporting to data storage for incoming reports. Because it is still the conventional information obtained is also long received any responses so takes much longer to know the cheating going on. this study discusses the architecture of applications reporting complaints of cheating or Whistleblowing System called (wbs). This application architecture using scrum methods. The writing is aimed so that the alleged fraud was reported quickly accepted by the PT Pertamina Patra Niaga so quickly dealt with. In addition, the rapporteur can see the development status of the allegation that he report. Based on the results of testing the blackbox application can trim a long process to complaints faster. As well as reporters who know information about alleged cheating more dare to report it
