Abstract :
Based on a case study of Ketapang PCS-Java Sea offshore facility, it is observer with the wind power density in the range of 207 ~ 300Watt / m2 generate
energy of 6.2MWh within a yer. Acording to Weibull distribution, & IEC 61400-1 international standard,
Ketapang PCS-Java Sea included in WTG class III category (low wind). For Hybrid Configuration of the Electricity Power Supply in Ketapang PSC
by conducting a simulation in the HOMER software, we found a decrease in the value of the Net Present Cost (NPC) of 39.4%; hydro carbon(CO2, NOX) emissions
by 58% and the existence of excess electricity power of 2.7MWh. And by simulating the load flow with eTAP software, the voltage drop is less than the allowable
threshold, which is <5%
