Abstract :
This research has aim to know how big the implementation of OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) standard 18001 which is the standard to the safety and occupational health (K3) in Daan Mogot City Apartement Project. This research is a descriptive quantitative research subject is 78 respondents workers (executors) dive into the field directly of collecting data uses the questionare and it?s analyzed validity test and reliability test and using SPSS software versi 16 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Technique of analyzing data is served in the table form like a success score presentation of OHSAS 18001 implementation standard. Based on the result of the research about standard implementation of OHSAS 18001 in Daan Mogot City Apartement Project, namely : 85,37% enter into the good category implementation. The obstructions which influence the standard OHSAS implementation for the safety and occupational work (K3), they are lack of the work discipline, lack of supervision toward occupational work (K3) and lack of the occupational facilities to support the implementation in the occupational. Effort which is done to overcome the obstruction by increasing the supervision toward the occupational work (K3) and to increase the occupational facilities.
