Abstract :
PT. Sumber Selera Makmur is a company engaged in food producing snack food products. One of products that produced by PT. Sumber Selera Makmur named Mboksubur newly established since 2014. PT. Sumber Selera Makmur also known for the first company to produce a snack product opaque types in a variety of flavors. Therefore, PT. Sumber Selera Makmur can monopolize the market snacks at the snack made of opaque for that. And to be viewed from all sides PT. Sumber Selera Makmur can potentially absorb more costumers from year to year. Sales is a major factor in supporting the survival of a company. Therefore, companies must be able to determine the policies related to sales activity conducted by the company. To deal with sales to match the target company, the necessary existence of a sales forecasting. One method that can be used is one of a forecasting method. Least Square method or a simple regression analysis is a method of forecasting with a simple and effective approach to measure the average change in the dependent variable that is related to the increase in the number of units of one or more independent variables.
