Abstract :
ASEAN Secretariat office is a building which functions as formal coordination and communication between membership and committees in ASEAN and with other countries and international organizations. Help implement all ASEAN projects and activities more effectively. To smooth the activity, the ASEAN Secretariat Office Building carried out the implementation of new building projects. The design of the foundation design will be planned using a stake with a diameter of 500 mm. for the calculation of the drill pole, it will be calculated using the Reese and O?neill method and the calculation of the stake will be calculated using the method Meyerhof. The average groundwater level is at a depth of -3.5 meters to -0.5 meters. Planning the foundation will be redesigned using a 500 mm diameter pile foundation. The results obtained are the drill pole capacity of 215,47 tons and pile foundation of 327,056 tons. For its decline, the drill pole foundation is 15 mm and the pile foundation is 23,9 mm.
