Abstract :
Nowdays in research and subservience department at STT-PLN the internal document attachment process, final report accumulation, product research accumulation are manually, therefore it could be highest human error happened. This research will building an internal lecturer research information system base on website for data manipulating. This research is using waterfall method as system development life circle. The result of this research state that the internal lecturer research information system application by using computer language, Perl Hypertext Processor (PHP) and MySQL will be able to support research and subservience department in data manipulating process and also makes the document attachment process, final report accumulation, product research accumulation are easier.
