Abstract :
Security and discipline drive is very important given the increasing theft of motor vehicles. Accidents also often occur due to indisciplie motorists, particularly waiver for those who do not have a driver's license to drive a motor vehicle. This thesis aims to create a design tool vehicle safety as well disciplinarian Android-based rider to monitor the position of the vehicle. This
design uses drivers' licenses, and keys are mounted RFID tag. RFID tag is read by an RFID reader which will then be processed on Arduino system. This design also uses a GPS tracker to transmit the location of the vehicle position to the application. Applications designed on this system using the Android mobile
programming. Design of GPS equipment tracking and reminder letters androidbased vehicles have been in accordance with the design based on the results of the assessment expert testing and limited testing included in the criteria agreed with an overall score of 89.53%
