Abstract :
Shrinkage is a parameter that must be considered by PT. PLN (Persero), because it shows how well the efficiency of a system is. The greater the shrinkage value, the smaller the efficiency of the system. In the distribution system can occur due to several factors, one of which is the error in the installation of the current transformer ratio (CT) and the installation of the voltage transformer ratio (PT), so it needs to be considered at the time of installation. At PT. PLN (Persero) Disjaya Menteng Area has a special customer with a power of 1,730 kVA with a current transformer (CT) ratio and a voltage voltage transformer (PT) installed with a value of 10/200. The loss that occurs in the installation error of the current transformer ratio (CT) is 1903,53 kWh / month and the loss due to error ratio on the voltage transformer (PT) is 2852 kWh / month. With a load of 18,94%, the current transformer error limit (CT) in accordance with the existing provisions is -0,080% and with a voltage of 128,7 mV, the voltage transformer error limit (PT) in accordance with the existing provisions is -1,167%.
