Abstract :
Academic Quality Assurance Unit (SPMA) is a part that handles academic quality at STT-PLN. The principal tasks of the SPMA is to carry out the function of guarantor system implementation of academic quality that includes accreditation, standard setting and quality procedures, training of internal quality assurance system and internal quality audits for teachers, monitoring and evaluation, conduct internal quality audits periodically in the academic field, charging service satisfaction questionnaire, departments and service units. SPMA information dissemination activities are still carried out by distributing a letter to all parts containing about socialization training, internships, and more. It requires a lot of time and effort in the process of dissemination of information. The process of filling the questionnaire, satisfaction service departments and work units executed by distributing paper questionnaires to faculty, students, and employees. The study was conducted to design and build a website to inform about the activities of SPMA and application questionnaire used by faculty, staff and students in the STT-PLN. This site may make it easier for faculty, staff, and students in information search, retrieval and dissemination of training documents, filing questionnaires that can be done quickly and reduce the use of paper. SPMA Web and application development questionnaire was developed using extreme programming u.s. system software developer. The data collection is done by means of literature study and interviews. The study says that web and application questionnaire can help students, faculty, and employees in knowing information about SPMA and filling the questionnaire, conducted annually.
