Abstract :
Complaint service software and hardware damage computers used in company operations is a common problem that occurs in companies whose operations have to use a computer. At the PT . PLN ( Persero ) Area Kebon Jeruk in handling complaints and damage to computer software and hardware used in company operations is still manual . This study will focus on designing applications and apply methods UCD (User Centered Design) in order to handle complaints and damage to computer software and hardware online and as needed . The results of this research is to make the application more efficient and effective complaints and this application is required to provide supporting data on Application Performance Management System Employees (PMSE) PLN
