Abstract :
Rubber Dryer machine is an important component in the PTPN 7 causeway Businness Unit Pematang Kiwah.because rubber dryer machine the one who was instrumental in the crumb rubber drying process takes place.This dryer has a capacity of 25 trolley in the drying chamber. Also in the complete 2 units burner and 2 units blower for blowing hot air. The drying process can?t be sparated from the value of the displacement of water vapor into the air, the hot air flow rate value and the need for heat during the drying process, diesel fuel consumption of rubber dryer machine it self was not ruled out because it influences the efficiency of rubber dryer machine it self.after going through the process of cleaning and processing so long proses commonly called wet. finally,throught the process of crumb rubber in rubber dryer machine, quality crumb rubber can be set to standard indonesian rubber (SIR) wich will also determine the sale price of crumb rubber it self in iternational market.
