Abstract :
This final project discussed rewiring lighting system on motorcycle to obtain more stable lighting. The focus of the study is the change in the lighting system in order to illuminate the system to produce a more stable lighting. The goal is to change the lighting system from AC system to DC system, adding relay circuit as automatic control and electrical system grouping to improve system security. Lighting with an air conditioner system produces unstable lighting because the voltage source used comes from the coil on a large engine whose voltage is affected by the engine speed, while the illumination with the DC lighting system generated is more stable because the source voltage comes from the battery. This study concludes that the system grouping functions so that interference in one system does not spread to other systems, change the lighting system from the AC system to the DC system and the addition of relay circuit to produce stable lighting and reduce the current usage because the headlamp lamps work alternately .
