Abstract :
Loss material is a mismatch of the amount of material used with the expected output . For this case Gas Turbine which is also the main component in PLTGU Cilegon when conducting turbine inspection experience material loss in turbine blade part so that must be replacement of new metrial blade to avoid trip unit and company will loss. Therefore, a case study by analyzing the material loss occurring on the turbine blade, the purpose of this analysis is to determine the reason for the replacement of the turbine blade and the cause of the loss material. Research method with data collection during turbine inspection. And diagnose the cause of Loss Material, then summarize the diagnosis with explication. Fishbone diagrams were chosen to facilitate the analysis, as well as to find conclusions from the analysis.
