Abstract :
The administrative process on the ICT Division of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Brass is still doing a conventional system. Staffs outside the ICT Division should come to the ICT Division and must request form in advance if they request something or services from the ICT Division. After that, the form will be saved in the archive beforehand and waits to be processed. Research was conducted to improve the administration process. The conventional system, that is running now, will be changed to make use of technology in the present era. This application is made with the Java programming language and uses MySQL as database system. The methodology used in the making of this application is the scrum method. The result of this research shows that Mobile applications System Administration in the ICT Division of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Brass is able to help staff outside the ICT Division to perform administrative processes more effectively and efficiently
