Abstract :
Problems at School Lessons Yapis Jayapura is the difficulty in determining the disbursement of funds TPG on teacher certification because the process is still done manually where the teacher certification gives the file to the school operator who then school operator to check and select file teacher certification. The next process, the result of the operator selects a file given to the teacher certification services provider and the files examined again by the service provider and then from the official operator issued a decree in which there is a certified teacher's name that will get the funds TPG. This method used in his thesis is PROMETHEE method using the waterfall model. The author analyze the needs and through out the results of the analysis the authors can design stages that will be done. Result to be achieved in this web-based application is the application has fulfilled the system requirements which is able to shorten the time effectively in determining the disbursement of funds TPG on professional teacher. The conclusion obtained is after web-based application is built, then the professional teacher are eligible to receive funds TPG based on the ranking of the characteristics of the assessment of each teacher certification
