Abstract :
The purpose of writing is to create ophtalmoscopy into an application for the detection of eye diseases cataract basis android or mobile which will assist and facilitate the community that there are areas in the early detection of cataracts because there is still limited access to consultations and still less public awareness against cataracts, so there are many people who suffer from cataracts but no desire to do the treatment of cataracts. This application is based on Android and in doing this process utilizes the search method based on the intensity of the color. With this application can help doctors perform cataract eye disease screening in remote areas and can reduce disease cataract patients in Indonesia. Based on interviews with doctors and experts obtained accuracy ophtalmoskopy applications that have been tested thus 71.2% both in its use
