Abstract :
Concrete is very widely used in infrastructure development in Indonesia. More than 60% of construction projects in Indonesia use concrete. Bottom ash is a waste from coal combustion that is commonly found in power plants and in other industries that also use coal. Ceramic is a clay that has gone through a combustion process. Construction waste such as ceramic waste is often found after the construction process is complete and if ceramic waste is disposed of carelessly and left alone it will have an impact on the surrounding environment. Concrete test specimens are made measuring 15 x 30 cm and planned according to SNI 7656 - 2012, FAS value of 0.61, slump 75-100 mm, the proportion of mixes there are 5 variations namely normal concrete, 30% ceramic waste mix of the amount of coarse aggregate as fixed variable and bottom ash variation 0%, 15%, 30%, and 45% of the amount of fine aggregate needed. Testing parameters are compressive strength, slump test, absorption of concrete. For absorption testing is carried out on day 28, whereas for concrete compressive strength testing is carried out on days 7, 14, 28 and the results of testing at 28 days, the lowest compressive strength is found in normal concrete variations of 25.10 MPa with an absorption value of 4 , 58%. The highest compressive strength is found in the variation of 30% ceramic waste and 30% concrete mix waste of 26.61 MPa with an absorption value of 3.28%.
