Abstract :
The project of construction must have been supporting aspects in production activites. One of the most important aspect that supports and holds the key to success in an organization in achieving the goal is human resources. SDM is absolutely owned by any organization, no matter the organization large or small, because of the people who do the work and move the organization. Human resource management in a project coupled with the implementation of quality management system. If the human resource management would be good result when the both of them goes well. The purpose of this study was to assess the human resource management and the implementation of quality management system. Based on the results of this research obtained of the analysis indicate that the validity of all valid variables with the score is ?0,514. Reabilitas test results show the questionnaire has a middle category with the score is 0,547. The results of the describes analysis of human resource management are workforce development with the score is 1,533 (very good), the procurement of workforce with the score is 2,00 (good), career development 1,667 (very good), assessment of the achievements with the score is 1,722 (very good), compentation with the score is 1,598 (very good). The results of the describes analysis of the implementation of quality management are focus on customers with the score is 3,003 (less good), leadership with the score is 1,511 (very good), the involvement of personil with the score is 1,600 (very god), the approach of the process with the score is 1,756 (good), Management system in approach with the score is 1,600 (very good), The approach of the fact in decision-making with the score is 1,800 (good), benefit mutual with supplier 1,778 (good), continuous improvement based on PDCA cycle 1,500 (very good). In addition, the management of human resources have leverage a significant impact on the application of a quality management system in the molding bored pile with the result is 82,7 %.
