Abstract :
The land in the Cengkareng - Batu Ceper ? Kunciran Toll Road toll road project at station 36 + 082 is clay which with the level of use as subgrade is quite good to bad. Chemical stabilization method using sulfur and sugar cane ash waste is expected to increase the carrying capacity of the soil. In this test soil stabilization was used using sulfur and sugar ash ash waste with a mixture of 5%, 10% and 15% of the dry weight of the soil. From the test results obtained the optimal water content in the original soil variation with 0 days pemerman. The highest CBR design result is 8% in soil variation + 6% sulfur + 15% sugar cane waste where the value is in accordance with the carrying value of the land in accordance with Bina Marga provisions which is more than 6% and can be used as a subgrade.
