Abstract :
Foundation planning aims to determine the carrying capacity of the pile foundation and bored pile foundation using the manual methode.then compare the carrying capacity between the bored pile foundation and the pile foundation. Then compare the price of one pile foundation and one bored pile foundation. Calculation method in us the meyerhoff method based on data from SPT and laboratory data.the results of this stufy were obtained by carrying capacity of the permit for pile foundations 1226,649 kN and for bored pile foundations 1712,945 kN. the cos required to make one stake pile foundation Rp. 258.400.000,00 while in bored pile Rp. 478.225.720,00. the price difference between the two foundations shows allower price.
