Abstract :
Success or failure of project implementation is often caused by the lack of planned project activities and controls that are less effective, so that project activities are inefficient, this will result in delays, decreased quality of work, and swelling costs. Project management is carried out to manage the project from the beginning until the project ends. To restore the progress of the project to its original plan, an effort to accelerate the duration of the project is needed. And probability is used to look for possible time the project can be completed on time. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of the PERT method in compiling a schedule or time of implementation of each type of work so that it can be determined the time needed to carry out construction work and find out the probability of completion of the project that must be issued. The results show that the completion of the project takes 1245 days. With the probability the possibility of the project can be completed with the fastest time for 1207 days with a possibility of 0.14%, at the latest 1283 days with a possibility of 99.86%, and most likely to be completed for 1245 days with the possibility of 53.19%.
