Abstract :
Delay in implementation time is still a major problem in the Indonesian construction world, so good time management is needed to reduce the risk of delays that occur. One lean construction method for managing time in handling delays is in the last planner system application. The last planner system (LPS) application is a relatively few applications that have been implemented in construction projects. In this study aims to determine and minimize waste that occurs in the Trans Park Cibubur project hotel area. The process of identifying waste and analyzing data is done manually using the LPS application method. The results showed that the PPC (Percent Plan Complete) on the three days of review was 39% so there were 61% of the remaining work unfinished and of this 61% had a dominant factor causing project delays was managerial factors which included changes in the image and administration of workers' finances.
