Abstract :
Cold storage is a room that functions as preserve food products such as meat, fish, vegetables, etc. When the water in the product completely frozen, the cell division bacteria is slowed. So the decay process can also be slowed too. In the process of cooling the meat and fish contained cooling load are consisting of product load, transmission load, light load and people load. From the data GRAND SAHID JAYA HOTEL to overcome the cooling load, the engine capacity must be greater than the cooling load. It is used vapor compression system with R-404 A refrigerant so that there is a balance between capacity with load.
